Selection

Resources for the gateway will be selected by skilled staff (subject specialists, librarians, information specialists). Their value judgement will be guided by:

• Scope policy

  • Which type of resources will be included in the catalogue

• Quality criteria

  • Criteria to judge whether a resource that falls within the scope of the gateway is of sufficiently high quality
