"New" isn't given a context - it should be made clear what is meant to be new about the technologies in the report. For example, ICP has been around for a number of years...

Security considerations should also take account of the enhanced security which can be provided via proxy caches,
e.g. by using IPSEC between caches to defeat packet sniffing.

The report should also consider those replication technologies which are being deployed by content providers or their intermediaries - e.g. Akamai.

The title of the report has been revised to Review of Caching Technologies & New Opportunities to emphasise that the main emphasis is on new deployment and service opportunities.

It is the intention of the authors to make an online version of the report available which will be periodically revised and enhanced. The authors agree that these points deserve inclusion and will endeavour to do so in an early revision.
